Make sure your feet are ready to support you on vacation. Have them checked for pain free
function. Have an orthotic evaluation.
Pathomechanics is abnormal biomechanic, this can lead to foot problems such as hammertoe,
flat foot, bunions, arthritis and foot pain. Often time orthotics take care of abnormal
biomechanics and realign your feet.
Also the skin on your feet, they should be checked for fungus and onychomycosis.
Make sure they are sandal ready.
